Easyknit Group was founded in 1981 by Mr. Koon Wing Yee, winner of the “Young Entrepreneur Award” of year 1994.  Easyknit International Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in Bermuda, is the holding company of Easyknit Group and has its shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1995. 

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Easyknit Group has regional headquarter in the United States of America and is principally engaged in sourcing and export of cotton-based knitted garments for women, children and infants and property investment.

The Group, coupled with an experienced management team and strong relationship with its customers and suppliers, will continue to explore potential investment projects or businesses with a view to diversifying and expanding its sources of income so as to enhance the shareholders’ returns.
